• Firebase (Google): Stores your data securely in the cloud
• EmailJS: Sends report emails on your behalf
• Report recipients: Parents and school contacts receive reports you choose to send

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Data is transmitted using HTTPS encryption.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all data stored in your account through the app
• Delete: Remove individual schools, students, or reports at any time
• Export: Your reports can be exported as PDF files
• Account deletion: Contact us to delete your entire account and all associated data

Children's Privacy

Pedal Notes is designed for use by tutors and educators. While student names may be entered, the app is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
